April-May splits programs

Our signature progressive splits program is 6 weeks of targeted training in a small and supportive group! Each program also includes one dedicated Healthy Back class on week 3.

middle splits

6 week middle splits - $222 $199

📍Downtown Vancouver - 1125 Howe St

Tuesdays, April 15 - May 20, 6:30-7:30pm

This split involves both legs extended to the side, creating a "V" shape with your body. Focus on stretches in the inner thighs (adductors), hips, and groin areas, but any Bendy class is a full-body workout. This split is what we call “useful for daily life”, especially if you sit all day!

By purchasing this pack, you're committing to 6 classes. If you miss a class, one time transfer to a drop-in class is allowed. 
front splits

6 week front splits - $222 $199

📍North Burnaby - 4534 Hastings St

Thursdays, April 10 - May 15, 7:30-8:30pm

This split involves one leg extended forward and the other leg extended backward, with your pelvis facing forward. We work on both: right and left split. Exercises primarily target hamstrings, hip flexors and back, but any Bendy class is a full-body workout!
