Hi, you! Thank you for being here. My name is Sasha and I’m the Founder of Bendy Fitness Studios.

Over the past 10 years, I’ve worked in marketing, events, program and project management in Vancouver, BC. A stretching class taken during a trip home to Russia inspired me to try myself in entrepreneurship and in 2024 Bendy was born!

The way stretching taps into every muscle in your body, strengthening and elongating it with every exercise is quite unique and feels amazing! It requires just as much inner strength as it does self-love and compassion.

I hope you give Bendy Class a try and fall in love with stretching workouts just like I did!
